Diamond Tools Inquiry from a Famous company

As per my recent communication, Saudi XXXX company is launching a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the provision of diamond cutting tools (Diamond Saw Blades, Diamond Segments, Diamond Wire, diamond fickerts, diamond frankfurt, diamond grinding disc, Cutting Discs), Abrasives and polishing tools.
To that effect, you will find enclosed 2 documents

(1)    RFP main document ([Saudi xxxx] - Main Document.docx). Please read this document carefully as it contains information around the process, timeline, objectives, selection criteria and instructions.

(2)    RFP information template ([Saudi xxxx] - RFP diamond cutting and polishing tools.xlsx). Please note that this documents contains 3 tabs. One tab (Request for information) is to provide information around your company, one tab (cutting tools) for the cutting tools we need (please provide a price) and one tab (polishing tools) for the polishing tools we need. Each product in the list is associated with complete specifications and quality requirements. You are kindly asked to ensure your products match the requirements.

Please note that the deadline for the return of the RFP has been fixed to : Sunday 27th October (end of business).

Please note that no costs associated to the RFP process will be charged to Saudi xxx.  Decision(s) will be final and Saudi xxxx will not be required to justify any of its decisions or selections.
