Description

Diamond polishing pad, a flexible processing tool made of diamond as the original, combined with composite material, with Velcro cloth glued on the back, attached to the joints of abrasives. It can be used for shaped processing of marble, granite, terrazzo, artificial stone, and also for stone polishing and linear chamfering, restoration, processing and renovation.ChinShine diamond polishing pads have strong abrasive power, good durability, good softness, good clarity and good gloss, which is an ideal stone grinding tool and recognized by our customers. The whole process is divided into 4 processes: coarse grinding, fine grinding, fine grinding and polishing to meet the needs of different customers.

The three grades of coarse polishing, fine polishing and ultra-fine polishing are as follows.

Rough polishing: 50#-150#. The polishing pad with obvious polishing marks is used to trim the flatness of the polishing material and grind the molding surface in place.

Fine polishing: 300#-500#. Coarse marks are removed, but new, finer grains are formed and the machined surface is ground smoother.

Superfine polishing: 1000#-3000#. The processed product has no visible marks and the surface is smooth. The gloss is about 40-50 degrees.
