ChinShine Diamond Core Drill Segment is made of quality diamond crystal, Cobalt Powder and metal powders, develop new and sepcial formula to make sharp & fast drilling segments. It is designed for cured concrete, especially for hard aggregate armoured concrete which contain heavy steel.

The tips of core drill segments during work
1. Para evitar a soldadura de cobre com um ponto de fusão elevado, recomenda-se o método de soldadura de prata,
2. Utilizar água durante a perfuração, pois as temperaturas elevadas diminuem o desempenho e os segmentos podem cair.
3. Recomenda-se a utilização de uma máquina de perfuração eléctrica.
4. Reduzir a velocidade se perfurar ferro fundido espesso e de elevada resistência.
