Electroplated diamond circular blade is sharper than regular diamond saw blade, which is widely used for cutting the crisp materials, such as marble, glass and so on.

ChinShine electroplating process bonds a super concentrated single layer of diamond on the base of steel blade core. Diamond encapsulation is around 50% to make sure proper adherence while still having 50% from the diamond crystal exposed cutting. This creates an high efficient and aggressive cuting.

Diamond grit size chosen quite often will be application specific. The coarse diamond grit allows for bigger exposure, longer life and aggressive higher feed rate cutting but can provide a rougher finish. By using a finer grit diamond can improve cut finish and prevent any material chipping, but the electroplated diamond blade life will decrease.

Along with various grit sizes we can make the electroplated blades with various edge configurations. The electroplated blades could be either continuous, segmented or with protect tooth and have anywhere from a square edge to full radius. Moreover, both sides can be also electroplated a highly concentrated single layer of diamond for grinding. We have inventoried circular blades of common used blades but more importantly will custom manufacturer the circular blades in diameter from 4"/105mm up to 14”/350mm.
